360Buy, which has been rebranded as JD.com recently, announced that its registered users reached 100 million, with a yearly increase of 200% since it’s founded.

The user base of 360Buy reached one million by the end of 2008 and surpassed ten million as of Q4 2010.

JD’s users are mostly white-collars, well-educated and young, who have relatively strong purchasing power and are quite loyal to JD, data showed.

To improve delivery and after-sales service, JD has rolled out services including cash (or POS) on delivery, speed delivery, after-sales support, order tracking, etc.
