Chinese remain the largest nationality of luxury buyers worldwide, with purchases that make up 29 percent of the global market according a report by Bain in December 2013. Consumption in China is also shifting, adds the report, with women’s categories and fashion becoming more prominent, and Chinese shoppers are becoming more sophisticated. These new trends have made brands to re-examine their strategies on customer relationships and fashion content among other things.

Join us for our March meetup ‘TechNode Touch’ where we will have speakers and panelists who will talk about industry trends and about their ventures at the intersection of fashion and technology. If you are interested in fashion and technology and want to network with professionals and entrepreneurs in this sector, join the meetup on the 29th at our co-working space ‘The Node’ in the 751 D-park in Beijing.

TNT is not only a networking event for entrepreneurs, investors, developers, makers and startup enthusiasts but will also offer in-depth insights into various industries and sectors, taken up as a theme of each meetup. TNT will be a forum for various stakeholders to share knowledge and benefit from the collective pool of experience and insights. We hope to do this by having interactive sessions and discussions on various issues impacting each industry.
