Nio has stepped up recruiting for leadership and senior-level roles in the US, triggering speculation that the Chinese electric vehicle maker could soon expand its business operations into one of the world’s biggest auto markets. According to job posts on LinkedIn made by Saurabh Bhatnagar, a vice president at Nio US, the company is recruiting candidates for 46 positions including a head of user infrastructure construction and a head of power strategies in San Jose.
