Beijing’s Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the Trial Measures for Robotics Professional Title Evaluation, introducing a dedicated evaluation system within the engineering and technical series. The move aims to align talent assessment with the needs of the robotics industry and support Beijing’s goal of becoming a hub for robotics innovation. The framework, effective from 2026, will start its first evaluation in July. It features a multi-level, full-chain system covering four key areas: core components, algorithms and software, complete machine design and manufacturing, and system integration and applications. The system ensures that talent evaluation closely matches industry demand across the entire robotics value chain. [TechNode Reporting]
