Today we have launched the TechNode Job Board. It is currently free to use, so if you are looking to build out your teams for a start-up or a more established tech company, try it out!

The tech industry in China has been moving at hyper speed and this been reflected in the war for talent. Everyday new start-ups are launching all over China but they find it difficult to find talent. One reason is that many people still prefer the security of a stable job. Another reason is that there are not many available channels to target the right people. When looking for a new job, most still go through friends or networks or people they meet at events. Sometimes this isn’t enough.

Ever since we started, TechNode has aimed to support the tech start-up ecosystem in Asia. To help start-ups and people wanting to get into start-ups, we have created this job board to make the process of hiring easier. A great start-up is made of a great team right!

Of course, jobs should be focused on the internet and mobile industry. You can choose from full-time, part-time or internships. You can specifically list jobs related to designers, programmers, technical, operations, marketing, sales and business development.  Information should be written in Chinese.

To publish an available role, all you need to do is register. Then you will be asked to fill out the basic details: Position, Category, Job Title, Description, Company Name, Location, Required Skills, Expiry date, How to Apply, Email to reply to and what you want to say to them after they have applied. Once we receive your listing, we will review it then approve and publish it within three days. Candidates can then review the job role and submit their resume directly to you.

The job board is still in beta mode, so feel free to send suggestions and feedback about how to improve it.

We hope you will find your next talented employee or find your ideal job!
