AMTT, digital service solution supplier for global star hotels, reportedly secured 40 million yuan ($6.49 million) of financing from China Merchants Capital and Green Pine Capital Partners. The company also initiated its IPO plan (report in Chinese).

The fund raised this time will be used to expand the network system across the global market. AMTT has previously received tens of million dollars in Series B financing from Chia Merchants Capital and $10 million from Junwei Financial Group.

Founded in 2004, the company put forward solution plans for hotel broadband management, wireless network coverage, multimedia display and smart room control. AMTT digital hotel service platform integrates entertainment content and customized virtual hotel butler services.

The company provides hotel digital service for nearly 1,200 star hotels from more than 20 international hotel management chains, such as Hilton Hotel Corporation and Shangri-La Hotel Group.
