100. com, the online education website of YY Inc. released today a mobile app. It’s available on both iOS and Android. Like the website, the mobile app is able to stream live classes during which students can interact with teachers.

Starting from English-language learning, 100.com announced to add offerings for K-12 education last month. So far there’s no features tailored for K-12 education on its website. But the mobile app has some features for students in physical schools; for instance, the Class Circle and a feature for homework.

Teachers can assign and check homework with the app. In this case students have to do homework on the app.

In a Class Circle, students can ask questions to teachers or each other, teachers can share educational materials or tips to students, and students can check each other’s homework assignments.

More than 12,000 users have taken courses on 100.com and more than 40,000 have signed up to at least one course since its launch more than half a year ago, according to the company.
