Trip.com Group (formerly Ctrip), a leading Chinese travel services provider, has announced a hybrid work model that allows employees to work remotely on certain days. The company had previously run remote work trials, with 88% of participants expressing support for the hybrid work model. Numerous tech companies in China have adopted temporary remote work models at various stages of the pandemic, but Trip.com Group is the first major tech-based company in mainland China to formalize a long-term hybrid work policy.
