Huawei has suspended its auto business chief operating officer Wang Jun, who also served as the president of its intelligent driving product line. A number of Huawei insiders and former auto business unit employees believe the decision was related to the poor progress of Huawei’s HI mode, used to package its smart driving system, and its auto parts business.
