Chinese search giant Baidu plans to integrate its cloud service with its newly launched ChatGPT alternative, ERNIE Bot. The company has announced a new product launch event on March 27, 11 days after the chatbot tool’s debut, where it is expected to launch a range of related cloud services and products. As part of the announcement, Baidu stated that enterprises in different industries, such as agriculture, industry, finance, education, and healthcare, will be able to select appropriate cloud services and products to develop their models and applications. The Beijing-based company also announced that 21 firms have signed cooperation agreements related to ERNIE Bot, and more than 100,000 have applied for an application programming interface for the AI tool.
