Chinese robotics company Unitree has introduced a new humanoid robot called “Superman.” The company says the robot can jump 2 meters from a standing position and reach a maximum speed of 12.66 meters per second.
Unitree has not disclosed a detailed test protocol covering factors such as payload, surface conditions or repeatability. The figures are company claims and do not indicate that the robot has entered commercial production. [IT Home, in Chinese]
