Chinese humanoid robot company Noetix Robotics has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering that could raise several hundred million dollars, Bloomberg reported. The Beijing-based startup could list as early as 2027, although the fundraising amount and timetable have not been finalized.

Founded in September 2023, Noetix develops humanoid robots including its consumer-oriented Bumi, introduced with a starting price of RMB 9,998, alongside its N-series and E-series robots. The company secured approximately RMB 1 billion in financing in March in a round led by Chendao Capital, an investment platform affiliated with battery maker CATL. The potential listing would give Noetix another source of capital as it develops products for consumer, educational and commercial applications. [The Standard]
