Apple CEO John Ternus joined Weibo and X on Sept. 1, his first official day leading the company after Tim Cook moved to the role of executive chairman. Ternus’s first posts were “你好 hello” on Weibo and “hello” on X.
Apple’s leadership page now lists Ternus as CEO and a board member, while Cook is executive chairman. Ternus joined Apple in 2001 and previously led the company’s hardware engineering organization. [MacRumors]
